Valentine’s Sexy Protein Oats
Serves 6
Prep time: 5 minutes
Soak time: 3 hours (or overnight)
Ingredients
5 cups Scottish Jumbo Oats
500 gr Lebanese/Greek Natural Yogurt
2 Scoops Express Whey Protein Cookies and Cream (Boditronics)
1 sweet pomegranate (add to the top)
1 tin of peaches (add to the top)
200 gr pomegranate jam
Preparation
- Place the oatmeal, protein powder, the syrup from the peaches minus the Greek yogurt and the pomegranate into a large Tupperware and mix until combined.
- Put the top on the container and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight to let the ingredients soak and expand.
- Finally, add in the Greek yogurt, mix and add some pomegranate jam around the glass, add the pomegranate seeds and few slices of peaches on the top and enjoy. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
