What we love about this yummy pancake is: that it’s perfect for anybody looking to increase protein intake in their diet. These pancakes can be used as a protein breakfast for a slow energy release through the morning or half serving (30g) as a healthy high protein snack to keep you fuller for longer. They are also ideal for after a workout when your body needs protein to recover and build muscles.
- 2 spoon of almond butter (topping)
- Small box of mix barriers (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate)
- 2 scoops of High protein Pancakes mix. We use One Direct Nutrition it s delicious!
- 150 ml of water
- Generous spoon of Lebanese Strained yogurt on the top (topping)
Mix 60gr (two level scoops) with 150ml of water in shaker. Heat the pan and add a small of butter. Add ½ of the pancake batter and cook over a medium heat until golden brown. Then repeat for the other half. 60 gr. make two pancakes. Top it up with Almond butter, mix berries fruits and add a generously spoon of strained yogurt on the Top.
