My background is rooted in dance and sport from the age of 4, where I trained and competed nationally in Hungary and the UK, earning multiple medals. This discipline evolved into a career in fitness: as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach (Poliquin PICP L1 & L2), and a Mat Pilates Instructor, with my upcoming STOTT® Reformer Pilates certification (September 2025).
